Every member gets exactly one vote. Everything here runs on popular vote.

1. Building/Establishing businesses is a protected right.
2. Buildings that serve as places of business that arent built already must be built outside The Donut.
3. A automated farm that can be hidden or dressed up is allowed inside The Donut, otherwise large farms, cant be decorated, or require being in the sky, MUST be built far from The Donut.
4. A Judge will be elected by popular vote every 2 weeks. The Judge will determine if someone actually broke a law. The Judge will make a ruling and the ruling will be open to discussion for 24 hours. If no one objects to the ruling then it stands. Neither the aggressor or victim may object to their own case. Once the 24 hours has passed the ruling is written in stone and sealed as final judgement.
5. Judges can not campaign nor have a 3rd party campaign for them. The goal is when a player votes they vote based on the person and how they play, not political material. If you are accused of political campaigning then it goes to a popular vote where no candidates may vote. If you are guilty you are kicked out of the race for that cycle.
